WHO CAN ENROLL?

Duration of course: 500 hours – not less than 6 months as part-time or not less than 3 months as a full-time course.

Age criteria: No age limit

Eligibility: For admission in the course it is suggested that the candidate should have passed either their 12th standard or their higher secondary school certificate from a recognized board or equivalent

Sushama is a qualified Assistant Professor, a qualification awarded by the University Grant Commission (UGC –NET), India and is also a certified Yoga Teacher Level-2 & Evaluator Level-3 issued by Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India, Master in Yoga Shastra, Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science, Foundation Course in Yoga, Madhyama Yoga Siksha teacher training course.

She has been honoured with the ‘Yoga Shri’ award by the Indian Young Olympian Federation and Patanjali College of Yoga and Research Centre. Also, she is the Lead Yoga Examiner under AYUSH (YCB), Govt. of India. She is also a Black Belt in Karate, a Master of Art (Education), Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) Prof Reeta Mahesh Rajak

Reeta comes from a science background, a B.Sc in Chemistry, and a B.Ed, with a teaching experience of more than 11 years. She  has also been teaching and learning Yoga for more than 6 years.  Her yoga education includes a Qualified Assistant Professor (UGC-NET), a Master in Yogashastra and a PG Diploma in Yogic Science apart from a 1-year Teacher Training Course in yoga from The Yoga Institute.

Prof Balkrishna Sharma

Balkrishna Sharma has been practising and teaching various forms of yoga to people from different walks of life for more than 10 years. His qualifications include a Certificate course in yoga, a Diploma in yoga, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science as well as a Diploma in Education (D.Ed), a Diploma in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Trupti Desai

Trupti Desai is a dedicated Yoga Wellness Instructor and Financial Planner, proficient in conducting both online and offline yoga classes since April 2020. In addition to her role as a freelancer, she has been actively involved with Yog Sanskar Sanshodhan Kendra since June 2017. Trupti holds an II Level YCB certification as a Yoga Wellness Instructor and is currently pursuing a III Level YCB to become a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator (YT&E).
